Initiated in 2021, this project aimed to unite the coastal community of Eden and neighboring villages to co-design a disaster preparedness plan over two years. Despite challenges like the aftermath of bushfires and navigating through a pandemic, Jodie, Sharon, and the community team persevered. They pioneered innovative approaches like “table talks” to foster community engagement, resulting in invaluable insights and collaborative solutions. Read more here.
