<p>I am working with some young people who are volunteering with a charity that gets goods to people in need, including those inmpacted by disasters. They are looking to identify locations that are most at risk to ensure they have stockpiles nearby for rapid response. Are there any geo-spatial maps that identify the most at risk areas. It would be interesting if they were dynamic in terms of adjusting based on current/forecast conditions.</p>
